110% Ecobonus

The 110% Superbonus (Ecobonus and Sismabonus) is a tax allowance that allows a 110% deduction of the expenses incurred, from 1 July 2020 to 31 December 2021, for very specific interventions aimed at improving the energy efficiency of a building (installation of new heating and plumbing systems or photovoltaic systems, or even infrastructures for recharging electric vehicles in buildings) and reducing its seismic risk.

The 110% Superbonus, for this year, includes some fundamental innovations: for example, it is available through the assignment of the tax credit to banks and other financial intermediaries, or through a 'discount on the invoice' by the supplier of goods and services related to the subsidised interventions.
